Timescope – the start-up that revolutionize the visit experience – is the great winner of the SITEM 2017!
For its first participation at the SITEM, International trade show for Museums, cultural places and tourism, TIMESCOPE wins the contest dedicated to cultural innovation! Among more than 30 start-ups, the jury has decided to grant TIMESCOPE the prize of this 2017 edition.
The contest was particularly difficult, reuniting the 33 main start-ups in the field of tourism and culture.
The Jury was constituted with well-known personalities from the Cultural, touristic, innovation and research sectors: Sophie Eber, Director of Versailles Tourist Office, Armelle Pasco, Director of Orange cultural partnerships, Paul Arseneault, project leader for MtLab, Philippe Bélaval, President of the Centre des monuments nationaux, David Nahon, Director of the virtual immersion lab of Dassault Systèmes and Ondine Prouvost, commissioner of the SITEM 2017.
Timescope’s team was very honored to receive this prize. What’s more, the success of the terminal during the event reenforced this feeling: during the 3 days of the SITEM, many professionals from the Cultural and Touristic fields tried the Timescope and travelled in time.
TIMESCOPE proposes virtual reality experiences to all, in self-service. The terminals offer the possibility to live, on site, immersive experiences, to enrich cultural and touristic visit.
